We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Nirvaaq subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us and we'll help you through the process.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period continues until its end. If you cancel within the 14-day window above, you may also request a refund of your most recent payment.
